CLINICAL SUPERVISION · LMSWS

Supervision that buildsthe clinician, not just
the hours.

You're working toward your LCSW. You deserve supervision that takes your growth seriously — not just a signature at the end of each month.

I'm Pam Lambert, LCSW-S, a licensed clinical social worker in Texas. Before earning my LCSW, I spent 13 years in nonprofit program leadership — funding, staff management, program development and evaluation — the mezzo-level work of building and running programs, not just staffing them. That leadership background now sits alongside five years of direct clinical practice, built intentionally across community mental health, crisis intervention, child welfare, foster care, juvenile detention, inpatient psychiatry, and school-based settings — including 1.5 years in a clinical director role.I bring both into supervision. Whether you're navigating a complex case, a difficult system, or your own clinical identity, we work through it together — with someone who's actually run the programs you're now working inside of, and who still remembers what it's like to be new to the clinical work itself.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Supervision here isn't just a signature and a check-in. Each session is built around the actual work in front of you:→ Diagnostic reasoning — building the confidence to sit with ambiguity and defend your clinical judgment
→ Treatment planning that drives your interventions, not paperwork you write after the fact
→ Documentation that protects you and holds up under review
→ Case conceptualization frameworks you can carry across your whole caseload, not just pull out in a crisis
→ ASWB exam prep — ongoing exposure to exam-style clinical reasoning throughout supervision, meant to complement (not replace) a formal prep course
We work within BHEC competency areas, so your growth stays mapped to what licensure actually requires.
